VOVSOFT Watermark Video permits the easy insertion of text into video files.

Keep your videos protected by inserting watermark text into the top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right of the video. Vov Watermark Video supports drag n' dropping of files as well as the ability to change the destination folder, which by default is the desktop folder. This is not a complex app at any stretch and includes no options for changing the size of the text placed on the video or the color. There doesn't appear to be a character limit, however.

VOVSOFT Watermark Video supports the following input and output file types; MP4, MKV, AVI, MPEG, MOV, WMV, and FLV.
