Windows11Upgrade is an Open Source tool meant to help bypass Microsoft's Windows 11 upgrade requirements.

Once you have unpacked and run Windows11Upgrade, you are met with two choices; select the Windows 11 ISO file, and Download Windows 11 ISO file. Once you have made your selection, you need to choose the language. If you select any other language than your system language, the Upgrade option will be disabled; only Data only and Clean install will be available.

You are then given several install options to choose Those options are Upgrade (upgrades Windows saving apps and data), Data Only (Upgrades saving only data), and finally Clean Install. Make your selection and hit the Install System button.

Windows11Upgrade is a handy little tool for those upgrading to Windows 11 who want a smooth and easy option, and the fact that it is portable is a bonus.
