Windows Default Power Plans are the default power plans included with Windows to help diagnose missing or grayed out Power Options as explained in this guide.
We can import the default power plans and even export them if you find the problem and need to deploy a fix across a network or multiple computers.
Extract the plan you need to C:\ or anywhere you can easily find it. Open Command Prompt or Powershell as admin and type in powercfg -IMPORT C:\Balanced.pow or whichever plan you want to import. Note that Ultimate Performance.pow requires an up to date Windows 10.
To Export and use on other computers type in - powercfg -EXPORT C:\PlanName.pow {guidScheme-New}
