Comcast does it again: Renames customer ‘SuperB***h’

Posted by: Jon Ben-Mayor on 02/05/2015 05:07 PM [ comments Comments ]

A 63 year old in suburban Chicago is the latest victim of a vengeful Comcast employee.

Mary Bauer had made complaints about her Comcast service and has had 39 tech visits within a 6 month period attempting to address the issues she was experiencing.

Someone along the way, Mary told WGN, finally got it right, but then she says her bills stopped showing up – four months in a row. And when a bill did show up it was addressed to 'SuperB***h' Bauer. Mary says she refused to open the letter and was very offended. “This is a disgrace to me,” she told WGN. “Why are they doing this to me? I pay my bills. I do not deserve this.”

Comcast spokesman Jack Segal, told Wired that the company is “investigating this thoroughly, and we have reached out to our customer.”

A**hole Brown, the other recent victim of this unprofessional action by a lowly Comcast employee, got a better deal, he at least received a refund for his family's two years of service with an additional two more years of service for free.
