Dubai provides stunning New Year's fireworks display (Video)

The United Arab Emirates city once again put on an amazing show to ring in 2015, and of course it wouldn't be Dubai if it didn't include an attempt to break a world record.

This year the emirate of Dubai sought to break the world record for the largest LED-illuminated facade. Over 70,000 LED panels were wrapped around the Burj Khalifa (the world's tallest building) in the record attempt. Last year, Dubai set the world record for the largest fireworks display, with 479,651 shells fired in just six minutes on New Year's Eve.
