NiceScaler is a free, portable executable to upscale PNG, JPEG, BMP, WEBP, TIF, MP4, WEBM, GIF, MKV, FLV, AVI, and MOV videos.

NiceScaler features a nice interface that's easy to use at any level. Upscaling isn't in my wheelhouse, so I am not familiar with FSRCNN, EPPCN, LapSRN, and EDSR, but there are links on the developer's website to the websites if you're not familiar.

You can easily drag-and-drop an image or multiple images and choose from one of the upscaling methods mentioned earlier. Click Upscale when you're ready, and NiceScaler will save the image in the same location you ran NiceScaler from.

NiceScaler is free, but donations are accepted from within the app.
