SlickRun provides free instant access to any program or website via the command line.

The SlickRun utility is displayed in a free-floating form to make access easy no matter what you are doing and where you are doing it.

Create specific command aliases (known as MagicWords), for instance, C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe becomes MAIL - this will dramatically cut down on keystrokes when trying to access frequently used programs or sites.

Please note that SlickRun is not a "hotkey" program. If you want a program that lets you press some wacky keyboard shortcut (say, Shift + Win + 1) to run to something, you'll want to find a different utility.
