Windows 10 has numerous ways to reset the Microsoft Store, including settings and numerous PowerShell commands, but Windows Repair can do all of that, and better, for free.
Download Windows Repair from MajorGeeks.
Booting into Safe Mode is recommended.
Jump to Repairs.
Uncheck All Repairs.
Scroll down and click on:
Repair Windows 8/10 App store
Repair Windows 8/10 App store (Completely Reset App Store)
Click on Start Repairs.

Reboot when completed.
2: Something Unexpected Happened, Code: 0x80070141 - Disable Antivirus
If the above step failed, try disabling your antivirus and try again. Of course, don't forget to enable your antivirus when completed.
