As Windows 10 starts up, it doesn't start loading your startup apps immediately to dedicate more resources to load system services and files. If you have a fast computer and particularly an SSD, you can disable this feature and have even your apps start loading the moment Windows boots instantly up.

Windows 10 users with fast computers and SSD drives should see decreased boot times, and you can easily roll back if it does not work for you.

Download Disable the Windows 10 Startup Delay from MajorGeeks.

Double-click Disable Startup Delay.reg or Enable Startup Delay.reg (Default).

Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
Click Yes when prompted by Registry Editor.

Click OK when prompted by the Registry Editor.

This tweak is included as part of MajorGeeks Registry Tweaks.

Advanced users can make changes in the registry manually.

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Serialize

Create a new DWORD named Startupdelayinmsec.

A Value_data of 0 will disable the startup delay. Delete the Startupdelayinmsec DWORD to restore settings.
