What Does 'Pushin P' Mean?

Another year and along comes some new slang for you to learn, and this one is as confusing as they come - Pushin P.
Pushin P generally means to keep it real.
It is widely considered a positive term. It has been used in Texas and the Bay area, but Atlanta-based rapper Gunna, who gets credit for popularizing it, admits that the P in Pushin P originally meant Player.
In other words, you can use P or Pushin P in hundred, if not thousands of ways, and because the exact usage isn't well defined, we can't imagine this will last long. I'll have to come back for my story next year and see where it's at.
To quote Gunna in the video below, "if you wake up to a beach view, that's P. If you spent thousands on a Rolex watch, that's P. If you do something bad or stupid, though, that's not P." As he explains in the video below, there is no exact definition.
