Troubleshoot USB Issues with Microsoft Windows USB Troubleshooter

Microsoft Windows USB Troubleshooter gives you access to the official USB troubleshooting app essential if yours is missing.
The file downloaded is called WinUSB.diagcab. Double-click that to run the app. By default, Windows will automatically try to fix any problems found. If you'd like to see what will be fixed first, click on Advanced and uncheck Apply repairs automatically.
Microsoft Windows USB Troubleshooter is safe for anyone to use, but we strongly recommend creating a System Restore point before proceeding.
