AwesomeWallpaper is a free wallpaper app that can display images, a gallery, videos, or system information.
AwesomeWallpaper is a portable app, so no installation is required. You can choose from the wallpaper type (images, a gallery, videos, or system information) in settings, and you can select one or multiple monitors.
The System Information display is limited, but you can change the font, text, transparency, refresh rate, and alignment.
You can also choose any single image as your wallpaper, or you can select a folder of images. You can select the interval time, display time, autoplay, transparency, and alignment from a folder of images.
Video works the same as an image, as you can only select one video.
We have a few neat wallpaper apps on MajorGeeks, but the ability to play images, videos, or system information puts AwesomeWallpaper on a different level. Two glaring options that are missing are a preview and a timer, which is odd. We don't know what time the screensaver will start.
