Bypass TPM 1.2 and Install Windows 11 contains the necessary registry files to enable anyone with a TPM 1.2 to install Windows 11, according to Microsoft. More details are explained here.
TPM, or trusted module platform, version 1.2 came out in 2009. So it is likely you have that. If not, your machine is pretty old and wont be happy with 11 anyway. However, in our testing, any Windows 10 machine should be able to be upgraded with this file, regardless of whether TPM is available on your PC or not.
To check if your machine has TPM capability and is in use, press WIN+X, navigate to Device Manager, click on Security, and you should see the TPM availability listed there.
Download 'Bypass TPM 1.2 and Install Windows 11' and extract the two files.
Double-click on Bypass TPM 1.2 and Install Windows 11.reg or Bypass TPM 1.2 and Install Windows 11 DEFAULT.reg (Default).
Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
Click Yes when prompted by Registry Editor.
Click OK when prompted by the Registry Editor. Reboot.
