This extension will provide you with the ability to make every page to have light text on a dark background (exact colors are customizable).

Dark Background and Light Text enable you to use dark mode on every webpage. The exact colors are configurable and it can be disabled per domain i.e., on pages that have their own dark modes like Youtube or Reddit.
