Group Policy Editor in Windows 10 Home Edition Enabler is a batch file that executes a command-prompt script enabling the missing Group Policy Editor on Windows 10 Home editions.

This download is just the enabler. If you also need the setup for Group Policy Editor this script and the setup file can be downloaded here.
Right-click on gpedit-enabler.bat and select Run as administrator. The command prompt will open and execute for you. No user intervention is required. Click now on the Windows Key + R and type in gpedit.msc and click enter and the Group Policy Editor should open.
