Redshift is a command-line app that adjusts the color temperature of your screen according to your surroundings to assist in eye fatigue.
Run "redshift -h" for help on command-line options. You can run the program
as "redshift-gtk" instead of `redshift` for a graphical status icon.
Redshift isn't for everyone. It would help if you were very comfortable using the command line. Be sure to use the Command Prompt, as the commands won't work in PowerShell. We have a good bit of command-line experience, and it just seems like a lot of extra work. We recommend using Windows Night Light or F.lux for anyone not comfortable with the command prompt.
Finally, Redshift Tray contains the application ready-to-run from the system tray and simplifies usage.
