Creating a custom icon allows you to have easily recognizable items that can be used anywhere you like. TweakNow WinIcon is a simple-to-use app for easily creating icons for your Windows machine. It permits you to fashion custom designs for your icons.

TweakNow WinIcon is displayed from a straightforward UI that comprises three tabs: container, badge, and selected object. Each allows for specific modifications and manipulations of your target JPEG or PNG image. As you make changes to the icon, you can preview your work instantly. However, unlike other icon creators, this application doesn't allow you to view changes at the pixel level. Instead, you can check out the final layout and work on combining all the elements as you see fit.

With TweakNow WinIcon, you can easily create icons in either ICO (Windows) or PNG format, with resolutions up to 256x256. The canvas size supports up to 1024x1024, enabling you to design icons in various shapes, including circles, rounded rectangles, and regular rectangles. You can also add a colored background of different styles, such as gradient or solid color. To make your icons more appealing, add a 3D and glossy effect and customize the border with your preferred color. Once you are satisfied with the result, save it to your chosen location.

To utilize your newly crafted icon, go to Settings > Personalization > Themes. From Themes, scroll down to Related Settings and select Desktop Icon Settings. You can choose the icons you would like to use, hit the Change Icon button, browse to the location of your new icon (default icons are already loaded there), then select Apply and OK - as shown in screenshot number four.
