How to Create a Bluetooth Shortcut in Windows 10 & 11
By Timothy Tibbetts |
If you need to access your Bluetooth settings frequently, you can create a Desktop, Start Menu, or Taskbar shortcut for easy access anytime.
Press the Windows Key + R and type in system32, and press Enter or OK.
Locate, and right-click on fsquirt.exe.
Click on Pin to Start, Pin to Taskbar, or Create shortcut (Desktop).
If you choose Create shortcut, you will be prompted that a shortcut can't be created and asked to put the shortcut on your Desktop. Click Yes.
For the Desktop Shortcut, you might want to rename fsquir.exe to Bluetooth. You can right-click the Desktop shortcut to Pin to Start or Pin to Taskbar anytime.
No changes are made to your computer, so delete the shortcut or unpin if you change your mind later.
