How to Delete Diagnostic Data in Windows 10 & 11

Windows 10 & 11 collect data to improve the operating system and fix problems. You can turn diagnostic data on or off and delete it at any time.
Diagnostic data can use up to 1GB of hard drive space.
Video tutorial:
Click on Start > Settings > Privacy for Windows 10 or Privacy & security for Windows 11.
Click on Diagnostics & feedback.
Scroll down to Delete diagnostic data.
Click Delete.

To view your Diagnostic Data, you will need to download Microsoft Diagnostic Data Viewer.
