Windows Security features Family Options, including parental controls and family devices. If you don't need or use Family Options, we can hide it from Windows Security in Windows 10, build 1709, or later.

We can make the changes in Group Policy Editor. Windows 10 Home users don't have, but can easily enable Group Policy Editor.

How to Hide Family Options in Windows Security With Group Policy Editor

Open Group Policy Editor.

Expand Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows components\Windows Security\Family options

On the right, double-click on Hide the Family options area.

Click on Enabled to hide Family Options. Click OK.

If you change your mind later, change it back to Not configured.
