Microsoft has added (Build 1903) more customization settings for when Windows 10 updates, and when it reboots. One such option is to have Windows reboot automatically after an update. If you have Active Hours configured, your computer can reboot when you're not typically using your computer. Here's how.

Click on Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. Scroll down and click on Advanced Options.

Toggle on Restart the device as soon as possible when a restart is required to install an update. Windows will display a notice before the restart, and the device must be plugged in..

Windows 10 will pop up a notification before a restart so that you can abort if you're working or playing at your computer when an update is installed.

Any device must be plugged in for this to work.
