Microsoft Store Install Button Grayed Out

If you visit the Microsoft Store to download apps or games but find the install button us grayed out and you can't click on it, here are the steps you can try, gathered from the Microsoft Community.
1: Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
While it might seem like an obvious solution, the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter can often find and fix your problem. Go to Start > Settings > Updates & Security > Troubleshoot. Scroll down to the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and click on Run the Troubleshooter.
The Troubleshooter runs automatically unless you have User Account Control enabled, but it can disable that for you.
2: Reset Windows Store Cache
Press the Windows Key + R and type in wsrest.exe. A Command Prompt will open, and the Windows Store will open when finished.
3: Restart Your PC
You might have heard this one before, and sometimes it works; reboot. You could also try closing your browser and opening it again.
4: Clear Junk Files
Close your web browser and run your favorite drive cleaner or use Storage Sense.
5: Check Your Firewall
If you see a yellow icon over the Windows Security icon in the system tray, check that your firewall is on.
5: Disable Antivirus or VPN Software
While rare, specific antivirus programs can cause conflicts, and so can Virtual Private Networking Apps. If you don't like your antivirus, uninstall, and use Windows Defender.
6: Sign Out
Try to sign out, then log back into the Microsoft Store.
7: Restore Windows Store
Using the Windows Key + X, run Powershell as Admin.
Type in Get-AppXPackage -allusers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml"} and press Enter.
You may see some errors but ignore them and try to use Windows Store now.
