Combined Windows Privacy Utilities (CWP Utilities) is an Open Source suite of tools that automates the process of maintaining up-to-date and comprehensive hosts file providing better overall privacy and security.

Combined Windows Privacy Utilities makes the process of retrieving, parsing, and structuring data from many different trustworthy blocklists. It can then combine them into single, usable files and locate them in their proper places.

It also enables any user to maintain up-to-date and thorough blocklists for their file-sharing applications. It will also allow a more straightforward utilization of a Proxy Auto-Configuration (or PAC) file for ad and tracker-blocking on less configurable devices. Combined Windows Privacy Utilities can be considered a more complete and modern replacement for HostsMan that is fully capable of fetching hosts lists from servers that HostsMan is unable thanks to its up-to-date build of wget for Windows.

Combined Windows Privacy Utilities doesn't spend resources on an intricate UI; instead focuses on usability and function. It currently provides a systray-based interface and a simple, interactive command-line interface. This simplification allows you to perform the included tasks hassle-free. The hosts file updater will automatically install the resultant list in the proper system location. It then flushes the DNS cache for immediate use.
