DS Clock is a mildly customizable desktop clock that displays variable date, time, and time zone info built from a format string. 64-bit available.

You can customize the look and feel of DS Clock with a custom font, colors, and transparency. It can synchronize your machine's clock with international Atomic Time Servers. DS Clock allows you to choose from any combination of dates and times. DS Clock also offers the ability to be used in conjunction with Calendarscope for upcoming reminders.

One neat little option included with DS Clock is the ability to set different chimes for hourly, half-hour, and quarter-hour strikes. The default sound is Westminster chimes, but it does permit you to add your own.
