DVDForge is a simple option for backing up your DVDs.

With DVDForge, most backups of your DVDs, etc., can be performed in just a few clicks. You can backup by opening a disc, folder, or an ISO file. The interface is simple but does provide a preview of the content and displays info about media duration, chapters, audio, video, and subpicture. This simple layout makes it an excellent choice for even less skilled users but is organized enough for all others.

DVDForge also permits you to preserve the original menu architecture.
