EaseUS Win11 Builder is a freeware, portable app that will assist you in downloading Windows 11, optionally bypassing TPM, and creating a bootable USB drive. Video tutorial available.
If you know what you're doing, you can always download Windows 11 yourself and burn it to a thumb drive.
Sometimes, however, going through different channels can be difficult and make one uncomfortable. EaseUS Win11 Builder takes away all of the possible problems by downloading the ISO, giving you the option to bypass Secure Boot and Trusted Platform Module (TPM), and burning it to a bootable drive.
To begin, plug in a bootable thumb drive and double-click on win11builder.exe. As you can see in the screenshots below, the interface is simple and easy to use at any skill level. Optionally you can check the box to bypass TPM, then verify that the correct bootable USB drive is selected at the bottom.
Click on Create, and you will be notified that the contents of your bootable drive will be deleted.
Next, you need to wait for the 4+ gigabyte download to complete. Even in the best of situations, this should take 20 minutes or more. Remember that the Microsoft servers are often high-speed and might use up all of your current download bandwidth until the download is complete.
Once the download is completed, you will see a status showing you what's going on step-by-step until completed. In our tests, the entire process took 45 minutes and perfectly created a Windows 11 bootable ISO.

EaseUS Win11 Builder takes all of the guesswork out of downloading a Windows 11 ISO. Whether you're a geek or an amateur, trying to find an ISO or bypassing TPM, you can't beat downloading Windows 11 using EaseUS Win11 Builder.
One small issue if you decide to delete EaseUS Win11 Builder when finished is that AliyunWrapExe.exe and win11builder.exe are often still running from the temporary file location. You can end the task (AliyunWrapExe.exe) in Task Manager or reboot.
