Jim's Toolbox (not from our Jim
) provides you with a set of tools for performing various actions on your Windows 10 and 11 machine.
Jim's Toolbox can help you fix/diagnose your Windows Install, fix the registry, add functions, fix bugs, quickly install software after a clean install, and change the look of your Windows Install. It can also diagnose and change your network settings, look up error codes, and more.
Many quick links to functions are buried in the Windows Settings and even access to the Windows GOD mode. Jim's Toolbox makes getting what you need when you need it a simple centralized process. There are also links to different software compiled by the dev. One thing we would like to see is the ability to hover a software suggestion to allow viewing of the URL before proceeding. We tested them, and they lead to the main site page. One was not functioning as of the writing of this description (MeshMaker). Also, we had trouble accessing GOD Mode from the app (not a total deal breaker), but it can be done by following this How-To: How to Enable the Hidden 'God Mode' in Windows 11, 10, 8, and 7.
You will need 7-Zip or similar to open the archive.
Jim's Toolbox is presented from an organized UI that includes tabs for each category, such as System Tools and Network Tools. Each tab contains quick buttons to access the various tools.
