Limit Diagnostic Log Collection contains the registry files to enable or disable Diagnostic Log Collection.

Windows 10 & 11 collects data to improve the operating systems and fix problems. While you can turn diagnostic data on or off and delete it at any time, you can also limit the number of logs sent.

"Limit diagnostic log collection" is a Group Policy or registry setting that limits the number of diagnostic logs sent to Microsoft. This setting was added in late 2021 for Windows 11 and worked in Windows 10.
