WipeFile is a portable utility that will delete selected files and folders by thoroughly overwriting them.

Since WipeFile overwrites the information completely, there is no way to restore the files or reconstruct the file content. WipeFile utilizes 14 different wipe methods, including two US Navy standards, the standard of the US Department of Defence, USAF, NATO, etc.

WipeFile is displayed from a simple interface designed for ease of operation,n making this little file wiper a good choice for the novice user. All the available methods provided will satisfy the more experienced user.

WipeFile requires a program like 7-Zip or similar to open the archive.
