How to Turn on the Windows 10 & 11 Ultimate Performance Power Plan

Since the release of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, the only power plan you had available was the Balanced Power Plan. As of the Windows 10 Spring Creators Update you can now choose from Balanced, High Performance, Power Saver, and the hidden Ultimate Performance plan. Here's how to unhide the Windows 10 & 11 Ultimate Performance Power Plan.
Start by launching the Command-Prompt as admin.
Now copy and paste
powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61 and press enter.
You should now have the Ultimate Performance plan listed under the Power Options.

Ultimate Performance and High Performance are initially "hidden," but there's an obvious "Show additional Plans" link that expands and shows them:
