Windows 10 & 11 should now offer you four power plans; Balanced, Power saver, High Performance, and Ultimate Performance. Some people report that they only have some of these plans, so here's how you can restore any missing Power Plans. In some cases, you need Windows Professional.

Open PowerShell as admin.

Type in whichever plan you want to add below:

Ultimate Performance:
powercfg /setactive e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

High Performance:
powercfg /setactive 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c

Balanced:
powercfg /setactive 381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e

Power saver:
powercfg /setactive a1841308-3541-4fab-bc81-f71556f20b4a
