All Known Issues with the Windows 10 1903, May 2019 Feature Update

We recommended you put off the May 2019 update, but if you didn't, here is a list of known issues as the Windows 10 1903, May 2019 is throttling up.

StopUpdates10 - makes it easy for you to allow or block Windows 10 updates anytime. Video tutorial available.
Wu10Man - is a to-the-point utility for helping to prevent Windows 10 updates from taking place.
WuMgr (Update Manager for Windows) - enables you to manage Microsoft updates via the Windows Update Agent API.
StopWinUpdates - is a portable app to enable or disable Windows and Store Automatic Updates.
Note that many of these "issues" are intentional and Microsoft is blocking the update for you. Most of them have been resolved.
Unresolved:
Display Brightness may not respond to adjustments
As far as we can tell, this is an Intel Graphics card only issue. You'll need to wait for Intel or Microsoft to fix the problem.
Duplicate folders and documents showing in a user profile
Duplicate folders, including Desktop, Pictures, or Downloads may appear. We had this happen and deleted the duplicate folder.
Audio not working with Dolby Atmos Headphones and home theater
This is a licensing configuration error that Microsoft supposedly warned people would happen. Another issue you'll need to wait out.
Resolved:
Error attempting to update with the external USB device or memory card attached
You might remember this error that states "This PC can’t be upgraded to Windows 10" when updating from an external device. Microsoft has done this intentionally to protect users but be sure to read How to Fix What Needs Your Attention - This PC Can’t Be Upgraded to Windows 10
Unable to discover or connect to Bluetooth devices
Similar to above, Microsoft is aware of a Bluetooth issue and has put a hold on these devices, including Realtek and Qualcomm.
Night light settings do not apply
Night Light has numerous possibilities. Disconnecting and reconnecting a monitor or flipping your screen are examples. It should be fixed, or you can try the steps described in How to Fix Windows 10 Night Light Not Working Properly.
Intel Audio displays an intcdaud.sys notification
Intel graphics cards again. We always tell people not to buy a PC with Intel graphics cards. They are garbage. Always have been. You may also get the This PC Can’t Be Upgraded to Windows 10 error.
Can not launch the camera app
Once again we have an Intel issue with Intel RealSense SR300 cameras. You might receive an error that states "Close other apps, error code: 0XA00F4243."
Intermittent loss of Wi-Fi connectivity
This issue is specific to outdated Qualcomm drivers. Update your network card drivers.
AMD RAID driver incompatibility
AMD RAID owners will be greeted with a message that states "A driver is installed that causes stability problems on Windows. This driver will be disabled. Check with your software/driver provider for an updated version that runs on this version of Windows”. Update your driver. This problem affects RAID drivers version 9.2.0.105 or older.
D3D applications and games may fail to enter full-screen mode on rotated displays
Some apps or games won't go into full screen. Set your display orientation to default.
Older versions of BattlEye anti-cheat software incompatible
This was a compatibility issue with some games running outdated Battleye software and was fixed.
