How to Enable or Disable Animation Effects in Windows 10

Windows has always offered eye candy to make Windows appear more attractive. These visual enhancements can slow down an older or underpowered computer.
Click on Start > Settings > Ease of Access.
Scroll down on the right.
Click the blue toggle next to Show animations in Windows.
