Add System File Checker Context Menu in Windows contains the registry files to add or remove System File Checker or SFC / Scan Now to the Context Menu. Microsoft System File Checker is a useful, built-in utility that can scan for and restore corrupted files in Windows.

While complete scans aren't often needed, it's more likely that you occasionally need to scan and repair single files.

Download Add System File Checker Context Menu in Windows, and extract the two files:

Add System File Checker Context Menu.reg
Remove System File Checker Context Menu.reg (Default)

Double-click Add System File Checker Context Menu.reg or Remove System File Checker Context Menu.reg to enable or disable Disable Automatic Maintenance in Windows 10.

Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
Click Yes when prompted by Registry Editor.

Click OK when prompted by the Registry Editor.

Right-click on your Desktop, and you will now see System File Checker with two options. Run System File Checker and System File Checker Log, which will add a log file to the Desktop.
