CmdStartup is a tiny script that facilitates command-line autorun at startup.
Cmd.exe can be configured to use a startup script. This is set in the following registry entry: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor\Autorun. This simple script will be helpful for those who use the command-line often and would like it to be started with Windows. CmdStartup will set up the entry for you.
