Dark View for Chrome and Firefox enables a dark overlay while you browse the internet and allows you to set the darkness level.

Since it is an overlay, it is better than a color inverter that may make the site or page you visit look a little off. Dark View retains the intended colors, etc., while darkening it. You can set it for specific sites, or all and changes are achieved in as little as one click.

Dark View works as intended and makes the sites you are visiting dark but without skewing the site's design.
