How to Disable 'Get Even More Out of Windows'

On a clean install of Windows 10, you will occasionally see 'Get Even More Out of Windows' notification. Starting with build 18945, you can disable this in settings, or edit the Registry.
Updated 3-12-20 - Completely new registry key, name, and location. The Windows setting has also disappeared—all new directions and registry files.
'Get Even More Out of Windows' offers links to set up OneDrive, get Office ready, set up Windows Hello, link your phone and PC, and Do more across devices.
1: Disable Get Even More Out of Windows With Registry Files
Download Disable Get Even More Out of Windows from MajorGeeks.
Download and extract the two files:
Disable Get Even More Out Of Windows Screen.reg
Enable Get Even More Out Of Windows Screen.reg (Default)
Double-click Disable Get Even More Out Of Windows Screen.reg or Enable Get Even More Out Of Windows Screen.reg to Disable Get Even More Out of Windows.
Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
Click Yes when prompted by Registry Editor.
Click OK when prompted by the Registry Editor.

2: Edit the Registry
Open the Registry editor and copy HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionContentDeliveryManager into the top search bar and press Enter.
Note: If you don't have the SubscribedContent-310093Enabled Key, right-click on ContentDeliveryManager, and in the right window and select New > Key and name it SubscribedContent-310093Enabled.
Right-click on the right window and select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name that DWORD SubscribedContent-310093Enabled.
The ValueData should be 0.
