This video guides you through the steps of disabling all advertising and sponsored apps in Windows 10:
The easiest way to stop this behavior is with a registry tweak adding a new DWORD or download and apply registry files.
Open the registry editor and navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager
In the right window right-click and click on New > DWORD > 32-bit Value and name it SilentInstalledAppsEnabled.
Leave the Value data as 0 and click OK. If you change your mind (you won't), you can change the Value data to 1.
Optionally, you can also download these registry files. Double-click Disable_automatically_installating_apps.reg to disable. A reboot might be required.
