Benchmark Restart Time in Windows 10 & 11 With a VBS File is a Visual Basic Script to restart your computer and benchmark the restart time.
While Windows 10 & 11 keeps track of your restarts in the Event Log, it's not very intuitive. You can also download benchmark apps or even use Windows Experience. Instead, we have created a (Visual Basic Script) VBS file that makes the entire process fast and fun for any skill level. While it's not as in-depth as a benchmarking app, it does simplify the process. This script will work in Windows 11, 10, 8, and 7.
