Clock11 is an open-source app that brings back the clock on all other taskbars except the primary taskbar.

Clock11 is useful if you use a game or application in full-screen mode on the primary screen and keep track of the time on the other taskbar.

Ctrl + U - Bring all clocks back to the front and restore the previous foreground window.
Ctrl + H - Hides all clock windows.

Windows 11 may require you to unblock the file.

Microsoft.Net 6.0 or higher is required. You can choose to start the app with Windows during installation.

Microsoft has this function working in the Dev builds for Windows Insiders, so you might want to wait for that to be released to the public.
